It's easier and more cost-effective to help people before they fall behind. We improve financial stability of lower-income renters with two services:
Rent Splitting
Splitting rent into two payments on the 1st and 15th
Better aligns with paychecks and eases monthly cash crunch
Rent Loan
$500 no-fee, no-interest loans to help pay rent
Manageable repayments of $20/week for 25 weeks
