Our nonprofit supports these families by spreading out their rent payments and offering no-fee, no-interest loans.
We prevent small problems like illness or car repairs from leading to big problems like eviction, and help keep them in their homes.

Prevention is at the heart of what we do
It's easier and more cost-effective to help people before they fall behind. We improve financial stability of lower-income renters with two services:
Rent Splitting
Splitting rent into two payments on the 1st and 15th
Better aligns with paychecks and eases monthly cash crunch
Rent Loan
$500 no-fee, no-interest loans to help pay rent
Manageable repayments of $20/week for 25 weeks
Together, they prevent small problems from becoming big problems.
